EDIT So I've cleaned this up a bit... the hair and curtains/balcony are still kinda meh but that's really as good as it's going to get right now >.< But I'm pretty happy with how this has turned out. I don't like the way the ruffles came out too much but eh. And the hair...not the style I was originally going for but we'll see how it goes. I'm moving on and I'm hopefully going to color this this weekend and add even more details...
