A very rough work in progress... just something that I've been working on here and there whilst listening to the movie soundtrack, particularly Safe and Sound. I don't recall if it ever rained in the Hunger Games but that would have been a good time for it and hey they really could have made it rain just to add the drama since they can control the climate and all

Anyway... no idea why I spent 5 hrs coloring this old sketch instead of sleeping or working on Fanime stuff. If I was better I could have turned this into a print but...well yeah >_> I'm pretty happy with how she started out with the skin and all but that was about it haha. And she is in NO way supposed to actually look like the actress. We all know that would take me a month to do lol.

Totally BSed the rain. It's so lame it hurts to look at it haha
